More recently, I've brought Figma fully into my process, building complete product flows from persona through wireframe.
I'm a Digital Designer and SharePoint Administrator with 15+ years of federal experience building accessible, user-facing platforms — for federal agencies, small businesses, and my own product brand. Much of that federal work involved building to Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and I'm now advancing into dedicated UX/UI Design, currently deepening both through formal training.
